The Energy Advisors provide the following services free of charge:
  • Full cost analysis of electricity expenditure including profile checks
  • Full cost analysis of gas expenditure
  • Providing new gas and electricity contracts with primary suppliers
  • Calculating annual energy budgets
  • Installation of metering into extensions and new builds
  • Initiating new energy supplies to brown-field and green-field sites including calculating projected usage for the size of the site to ensure the correct metering equipment is installed
  • Once new contracts are instigated by us we check all future invoices to ensure consumption is in line with the size of the site and that charges are correct

Troubleshooting Services

In addition to our free services we offer a troubleshooting service which investigates historical problems such as invoicing and over-charges. In many cases we are able to obtain refunds on behalf of the client. In the last year we have secured a group of six care homes in Surrey refunds totalling £40,800 and we have also successfully achieved a £32,000 refund for a school in Essex.
